As of now, we're not able to ship overseas but we're working on it! We appreciate your patience and interest towards Moon.

Our boxes are made of environmental paper so do try to avoid storing it in wet spaces which may damage the exterior. It's so pretty & functional, so bring it around with you wherever you need it without worrying about it looking awkward.

If you practice washing your pads after use, we recommend that you do not do that with our organic bamboo pads as its absorption feature will absorb the water and make it difficult for you to dispose of. We suggest you dispose of your pads as is after use.

It takes around 4 months/ 120 days for our pads and packaging to biodegrade.

Yes our products are 100% compostable biodegradable, in line with EN13432, ASTM D6400 and household compost degradation standards.
